2nd Annual Chef's Risotto Competition - (Limited Seating)

Watch seven master chefs prepare delectable specialties.

This is a rare opportunity for serious truffle growers and curious consumers to indulge all their senses in honor of the coveted truffle. A panel of culinary experts will judge this exciting gastronomic experience.

Chef and Vintner Gala

Fine food and wine will be abundant at Saturday’s Gala. Compare and contrast the fabulous wines provided by our visiting winery greats while our top chefs (Ashley Christensen, John Currence, Matt Kelly, Scott Crawford, Vivian Howard) acquaint you with the nuances of the black perigord truffle.  Delight your senses with the best from the best, as you savor creations fit for royalty... 

The renowned band, Orange Krush (www.orangekrushband.com) will provide the entertainment, creating the excitement and energy that food and wine enthusiasts enjoy.

During the Gala, there will be a silent auction, including a trip to the world's largest truffle orchard in Spain, artwork, and select wines. All proceeds from the auction will go to The Frankie Lemmon Foundation, to help children with special needs.
