3 p.m.	Event Registration at the Grand Bohemian Hotel, Asheville
5 - 7 p.m.	Thursday Reception Hosted by the Grand Bohemian Enjoy Hors d'oeuvres prepared by Grand Bohemian Executive Chef Adam Hayes, Truffle Martinis, Wine, and Champagne while meeting other guests and truffle experts. Welcome by Truffle Czar, Franklin Garland (a.k.a. Franklin Trufflespore)
7 p.m.	Thursday Dinner Take a night to get the "flavor" of Asheville! We recommend on Thursday that you try a restaurant that is participating in the event, but one different from the one you are assigned to for Friday evening's Winemaker dinner.

7 p.m.	Winemaker Dinners Dress - Casual chic Asheville’s top chefs are paired with outstanding winemakers to host an unforgettable dining experience for lucky guests. Saturday, February 27th
Morning	Enjoy the Asheville Experience! Visit the famous Biltmore House - the entrance is directly across from the Grand Bohemian Hotel. Or, take a ride with Asheville Historic Trolley Tours: www.ashevilletrolleytours.com to see some of Asheville's treasures. Or, spend the morning casually shopping in Asheville's Biltmore Village or downtown areas, and enjoy a meal at one of the many fabulous restaurants.
11 a.m.	2nd Annual Chef's Risotto Competition (Limited Seating) Watch seven master chefs prepare delectable specialties. This is a rare opportunity for serious truffle growers and curious consumers to indulge all their senses in honor of the coveted truffle. A panel of culinary experts will judge this exciting gastronomic experience. Who will prepare the finest truffle dish of the event?
7 p.m.	Chef and Vintner Gala Black Tie optional Fine food and wine will be abundant at Saturday’s Gala. Compare and contrast the fabulous wines provided by our visiting winery greats while our top chefs (Ashley Christensen, John Currence, Matt Kelly, Scott Crawford, Vivian Howard) acquaint you with the nuances of the black perigord truffle. Delight your senses with the best from the best, as you savor creations fit for royalty... The renowned band, Orange Krush (www.orangekrushband.com) will provide the entertainment, creating the excitement and energy that food and wine enthusiasts enjoy. During the Gala, there will be a silent auction, including a trip to the world's largest truffle orchard in Spain, artwork, and select wines. All proceeds from the auction will go to The Frankie Lemmon Foundation, to help children with special needs.
